Ingredients

7 cups Rice Chex cereal

1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

1 cup mini Rolo candies, halved

1/4 cup salted caramel topping

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions

In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and salted caramel topping. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring until the mixture is smooth and pourable.

Pour the melted chocolate-caramel mixture over the cereal, stirring gently to coat evenly.

Add the halved mini Rolo candies to the mixture and stir to combine.

Place the powdered sugar in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the chocolate-coated cereal mixture to the bag, seal, and shake until the cereal is well-coated with powdered sugar.

Spread the coated cereal mixture onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper to cool.

Once cooled, store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
For a smoother texture, ensure the chocolate and caramel mixture is fully melted before combining with the cereal.
