Ingredients

Dip Base:

  • 5.2 oz Boursin garlic and herb cheese, room temperature

  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

  • Juice of ½ lemon

Hot Honey (homemade or store-bought):

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • ½1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to spice preference)

To Serve:

  • Warm crostinis or crackers


Instructions

  • Make the hot honey:
    In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in honey and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat. Let cool slightly.

  • Prepare dip base:
    In a medium bowl, mix Boursin, cream cheese, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy. For extra-smooth texture, use a hand mixer.

  • Assemble:
    Spread the dip into a shallow serving dish or bowl. Drizzle warm hot honey generously over the top.

 

  • Serve:
    Serve immediately with crostinis, warm bread, or crackers.

Notes

Make hot honey ahead and store in a jar—it keeps well for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

For added flair, top with chopped fresh herbs or a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.

Let cheeses come fully to room temp before mixing for the smoothest texture.
