Ingredients

4 pork chops (6 oz each)

¼ cup honey

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp whole grain mustard

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Make the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, grainy mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, and chopped garlic.

Marinate the Pork

Place pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish.

Pour the marinade over the chops, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

Grill the Chops

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove pork chops from marinade and pat off excess (optional: reserve marinade and simmer for sauce).

Season chops with salt and pepper.

Grill 4–5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Let pork rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with reduced marinade or serve as is.

Tip: For extra flavor, baste with reserved marinade during grilling (boil it for 2–3 minutes first).
