Description

These delectable bites combine seasoned ground beef and melty cheese, all encased in a buttery, garlic-infused biscuit dough. Topped with a savory garlic Parmesan glaze, they’re perfect for game nights, parties, or a fun family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Filling:

    • 1 lb ground beef

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

  • For the Biscuit Bombs:

    • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

    • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with minced garlic until browned. Drain any excess fat.

  • Add Cheese: Stir in the grated Parmesan and cubed cheddar cheese into the beef mixture until melted and well combined.

  • Prepare Biscuit Dough: Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle.

  • Assemble Bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.

  • Bake: Place the sealed bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.

  • Finish Baking: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Garnish: Remove from the oven and brush with additional melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.

Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli.
