Ingredients
-
For the Filling: -
1 lb ground beef
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

-
-
For the Biscuit Bombs: -
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
-
2 tablespoons butter, melted
-
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

-
Instructions
-
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with minced garlic until browned. Drain any excess fat.
-
Add Cheese: Stir in the grated Parmesan and cubed cheddar cheese into the beef mixture until melted and well combined.
-
Prepare Biscuit Dough: Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle.
-
Assemble Bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
-
Bake: Place the sealed bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
-
Finish Baking: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
-
Garnish: Remove from the oven and brush with additional melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli.
