Description
Delicious mini bites of juicy ground beef mixed with garlic and Parmesan, wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough and baked to golden perfection. Each cheesy bomb bursts with cheddar and buttery parsley goodness—a fun and flavorful appetizer or party snack.
Ingredients
-
1 lb ground beef
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced or shredded
-
1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
-
1 (16.3 oz) can biscuit dough (about 8–10 biscuits)
-
2 Tbsp butter, melted
-
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
-
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with minced garlic until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the Parmesan and remove from heat.
-
Open the biscuit dough and separate individual biscuits. Flatten each one into a small circle.
-
Spoon a tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit. Top with a cube of cheddar cheese.
-
Gather the edges of the dough together and pinch to seal completely, forming a neat ball. Place seam‑side down on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
-
Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil on low for 1–2 minutes at the end—watch closely.
Add finely chopped onions or green chilies into the beef mixture for extra flavor.
Serve with ketchup, mustard, or a spicy dipping sauce for dipping fun.
Make ahead: assemble bombs and refrigerate up to 24 hours; bake just before serving.
