Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced (or grated)

1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant and the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.

Remove from heat, then stir in the Parmesan and cheddar until well combined. Allow to cool slightly.

Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a disc.

Place a spoonful of the meat-and-cheese mixture in the center of each disc. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely.
