Description

These Golden, savory bites feature juicy seasoned beef and melted cheese tucked inside flaky biscuit dough, brushed with garlic‑parmesan butter for a mouthwatering, party‑perfect snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced (or grated)

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant and the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.

  3. Remove from heat, then stir in the Parmesan and cheddar until well combined. Allow to cool slightly.

  4. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a disc.

  5. Place a spoonful of the meat-and-cheese mixture in the center of each disc. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely.

  6. Place bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter, then sprinkle or press diced Parmesan on top.

  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  8. Remove from oven, let cool briefly, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use gluten-free biscuit dough if needed for dietary restrictions.

For extra garlic flavor, mix a pinch of garlic powder into the melted butter before brushing.

Reheat leftovers in the oven or air fryer to keep them crispy.

Make sure to seal the edges tightly to avoid any filling leakage
