Ingredients
Filling:
-
1 pound ground beef
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced or shredded
-
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
Dough & Topping:
-
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
-
2 tablespoons butter, melted
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and minced garlic until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
-
Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Let cool slightly.
-
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center. Fold and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
-
Place each sealed ball seam-side down on the baking sheet.
-
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
-
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
-
Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Let filling cool slightly before stuffing to prevent dough tearing.
For extra flavor, mix a pinch of garlic powder into the butter before brushing.
Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch.
