1 teaspoon pepper

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2.87 oz low-sodium brown gravy packets (or 1/2 cup cornstarch)
-
12 oz egg noodles
Instructions
-
Place beef stew meat in the crockpot.
-
In a separate bowl, combine salt, pepper, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, beef base, and brown gravy mix (or cornstarch). Stir until well blended.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
-
About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
-
Serve the beef and gravy mixture over the cooked egg noodles
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider browning the beef before adding it to the crockpot.
If you prefer a thicker gravy, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water and stir it into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Add vegetables like carrots or peas in the last hour of cooking for added color and nutrition.
