Description

A crunchy, savory twist on the classic BLT served chopped up and piled high on warm, buttered sub rolls—perfect for a fun lunch or game‑day gathering!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs thick-cut bacon (e.g., Wright Brand)

  • ½ head lettuce, thinly sliced

  • 2–3 Roma tomatoes, diced

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (e.g., Duke’s)

  • 1–2 tsp Blackstone Essential Blend Seasoning

  • 4 sub rolls

  • Butter, for toasting

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, then cut into cubes or dice.

  2. Slice lettuce and dice tomatoes.

  3. In a bowl, mix lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise.

  4. Stir in chopped bacon until evenly combined.

  5. Heat your griddle and toast sub rolls (cut-side down) with butter.

  6. Sprinkle and press Blackstone seasoning into warmed rolls.

  7. Portion the BLT mix evenly (1/4 each) along the rolls.

  8. Use a spatula to lift the roll bottoms up around the filling.

  9. Serve immediately; best enjoyed hot!

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste.

Add sliced avocado, a fried egg, or cheese for extra indulgence.
