Ingredients

1 ½ lbs thick-cut bacon (e.g., Wright Brand)

¼ cup mayonnaise (e.g., Duke’s)

1–2 tsp Blackstone Essential Blend Seasoning

4 sub rolls

Instructions

Cook bacon until crispy, then cut into cubes or dice.

Slice lettuce and dice tomatoes.

In a bowl, mix lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise.

Stir in chopped bacon until evenly combined.

Heat your griddle and toast sub rolls (cut-side down) with butter.
