This Chicken Alfredo Tater Tot Casserole is the ultimate comfort food mashup! 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce

1 cup sour cream

1 cup frozen peas

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, frozen peas, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Spread the chicken mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer over the chicken mixture.

Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.

Remove from oven, sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top, and return to oven for 5–7 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken works great for this recipe and saves time.
You can substitute the peas with broccoli or spinach for a twist.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
