Ingredients
For the Sandwich:

4 slices sandwich bread

1 cup Gruyère cheese, grated

4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

200g butter, softened

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 handful fresh parsley leaves, chopped

Instructions

Prepare the Garlic Butter:

In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Cook the Chicken:

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Cook the chicken thighs for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside to rest.

Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on one side of each slice of bread.
