Description

These delightful brownies are a festive twist on a classic favorite. Topped with chocolate-covered strawberries resembling carrots, crushed Oreos for “dirt,” and colorful Robin Eggs candies, they make for an adorable and delicious Easter treat.

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray

  • 1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on the box

  • 1½ cups white chocolate chips

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • Orange food coloring

  • 15 large strawberries

  • 1 tub chocolate frosting

  • 18 Oreos, crushed (about 1½ cups)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9″x13″ baking pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.

  • Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Let the brownies cool completely.

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Add orange food coloring until the desired shade is achieved.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pierce each strawberry with a toothpick through the green tops. Dip the strawberries into the orange-colored white chocolate, ensuring they are well-coated. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate until the coating is set, about 10 minutes.

  • Once the brownies have cooled, spread a layer of chocolate frosting over the top. Sprinkle the crushed Oreos evenly over the frosting to mimic soil.

  • Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on top of the brownies to resemble carrots. Garnish with Robin Eggs candies around the “carrots” to complete the look

Notes

For a smoother finish, use a spoon to gently press the strawberries into the brownies after placing them.

Ensure the white chocolate coating is fully set before placing the strawberries on the brownies to prevent melting.

These brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
