Ingredients
-
2 cups Bisquick pancake & baking mix
-
1 cup milk
-
2 large eggs
-
3–4 ripe bananas
-
Real maple syrup, for serving
Instructions
-
Preheat a non-stick griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
-
In a mixing bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until smooth.
-
Peel bananas and cut them in half lengthwise, then cut each piece into 2–3 shorter sticks (about finger-length).
-
Dip each banana stick into the pancake batter, fully coating it.
-
Place dipped bananas onto the hot griddle. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
-
Remove from heat and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
-
Serve warm with a side of real maple syrup for dipping.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and texture.
You can use any pancake mix if Bisquick isn’t available—just follow the mix’s basic instructions.
For extra flair, sprinkle with cinnamon or powdered sugar before serving.
Great for lunchboxes or make-ahead breakfasts—just reheat in the toaster oven!
