Ingredients

1 cup 2% cottage cheese

Toppings:

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or similar size.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
